1 Sep, 2022 | Events | 0 comments

From September 7-10, the cities of Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville will host the 2022 NACTO Designing Cities conference.

This is the tenth conference of its kind, bringing together nearly 1,000 officials, planners, and practitioners to improve the state of transportation in cities.

ZICLA proudly sponsors the NACTO Designing Cities 2022.

This year is the third edition that ZICLA is supporting the Designing Cities conference. Besides sponsoring the event, we will be exhibiting for the first time.

Ramón Santiago and Martín di Franco will be representing ZICLA at the venue. They will be pleased to meet you during the conference, or during the days before or after. We encourage you to visit ZICLA’s booth or to contact them and find out more about ZICLA’s innovations for the 2022 conference on the link below.

ZICLA proudly supports the development of this space for exchanging ideas. This conference encourages cities the implementation of complete streets projects. It also enables private sector companies to offer them the most innovative solutions.

At ZICLA, we look forward to supporting American cities in implementing this kind of solution that helps them make their streets inclusive, safe, and accessible spaces for everyone.

It facilitates the exchange of transportation ideas, insights, and best practices among large cities while fostering a cooperative approach to key issues facing cities and metropolitan areas. As a coalition of city transportation departments, NACTO is committed to raising the state of the practice for street design and transportation by building a common vision, sharing data, peer-to-peer exchange in workshops and conferences, and regular communication among member cities.
