This work initiated in January 2025 requires the diversion of bus lines operating in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project objectives<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The city of Saint-Pierre-des-Corps needed to relocate the bus stops to Avenue de Stalingrad, in front of the train station, to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain the continuity of public transport service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide safe and comfortable conditions for users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free up space around the station during the underground work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proposed solution and implementation.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet these needs, the city decided to install two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zicla.com\/en\/vectorial\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.zicla.com\/en\/vectorial\/\">Vectorial<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> bus platforms with island configuration on Avenue de Stalingrad. These platforms will remain in place for two years, serving the bus lines relocated to the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The choice of the Vectorial<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> system was based on two key advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Its modular design, which allows for quick installation without civil works, as well as easy adaptation to the characteristics of each stop, and to possible relocations during the works.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The possibility of easily integrating a bus shelter, thereby improving the user experience while waiting for the bus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Results and evaluation<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client highlighted the simplicity of implementing the Vectorial<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> platforms, emphasizing that they provide an efficient and practical solution to the challenges posed by urban works. They also stressed the sense of safety that the system conveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, users appreciated the platforms as a comfortable and accessible solution that facilitates boarding the bus on their daily journeys.
