The purpose of the RESEAT project is to eco-design and develop a new line of seats for the furniture sector from the seats of end-of-life vehicles (ELV). To do this, the front seats of end-of-life vehicles will be removed, if they are in good condition, and adapted to be turned into new seats for homes, restaurants and bars, entertainment venues, reception areas, businesses, etc. Once the technical and environmental viability of the whole process has been ensured, the economic viability of putting this line of seats on the market will be evaluated.
