The EMOS project is the result of a desire to eco-design and develop a system for assembling a stand based on a single, self-stacking part. It is also an industrial application for the PE and aluminium waste generated by paper plants when they recover the cellulose from Tetra Brik packaging.
Phases of the project.
There were two clearly differentiated phases in the project:
on one hand the eco-design and development of a single three-dimensional module that could be assembled and dismantled easily and, on the other,
the design and development of a material for industrial use based on PE and aluminium waste resulting from the Tetra Brick packaging recycling process, suitable for manufacturing the module.
Partners and financing.
The project was promoted by the companies ZICLA and El Tinter and it received a subsidy from ACC1Ó.
