News 12 Brooklyn – A bus stop at Utica Avenue in Brooklyn just unveiled the country’s first and only bus boarder.

According to the Department of Transportation of NY (DOT), the bus border installed in Brooklyn provides space for bus passengers to wait without blocking the sidewalk.

The DOT says it will also improve bus times because drivers will no longer have to pull into the curb and out again into the lane.
